At this meeting of the Tuscarawas Valley Civil War Roundtable, Dale Cheney of Dover will present a program on the Vicksburg, Mississippi campaign. Mr. Cheney has visited many battlefield sites including Vicksburg and his knowledge of the Civil War will ensure an engaging and informative program.
