The Dover Public Library is committed to serving all residents of the Dover community, including those individuals who are unable to come to the library.
What is Books on Wheels? A librarian or library volunteer will visit you to bring library materials to your home.
What kind of materials can be borrowed? Books, Magazines, DVDs, CDs, and Audio Books!
Is there a charge for this service? There is no charge for this service, if all materials are returned to the library when you are finished with them.
Who is eligible for Books on Wheels? Any homebound or nursing facility resident in the Dover area.
When are Deliveries? Depending on where you live in Dover, deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This can be set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery schedule.

The library is always looking for good volunteers to help out with its Books on Wheels program. Trained library volunteers deliver library materials to those who are unable to visit the library.
