Meeting Spaces

Thank you for your interest in our Meeting Spaces here at the Dover Public Library. We have several spaces available for a range of needs.

Community Room

This is our largest room. It can accommodate large groups, up to fifty people. It has a projector and microphone that can be used if needed. It is not completely private and may have walk-throughs, although the doors can be closed.

Maker Lounge

The Maker Lounge is our mini makerspace but doubles as a small meeting room for video calls or tutoring sessions. It is located off of the teen room. 4 people can use this room at a time.

Boardroom

The boardroom is located in the basement. It is equipped with a television with HDMI connection as well as a white board. It is private and can accommodate up to 10 people at this time. Food and messy crafts are not permitted in the boardroom.

Basement Table

This is a round table in the basement that can be used for semi-private tutoring or similar needs. The maximum number allowed at the table is 4.
