The Dover Public Library is happy to offer free Notary Public service during regular library hours, ending 20 minutes prior to closing. Please call the library at 330-343-6123 in advance to verify that a notary is available.
Guidelines
- Bring no more than 3 documents per day
- Supply any required witnesses. Witnesses may not be solicited from library patrons or staff
Reminders
- Bring a photo ID
- Make sure you fill out your form carefully and completely BUT do not sign the document
